Join Kim and Iain on an exploration of some of the foundational poses of Yoga.

Learn how to achieve some of the poses that will help your practice to progress, the teaching cues we use, why we use them, and how you can build a strong practice from a few basic poses.

Explore these fundamental poses together and alone to feel and understand why we use them, the effects they have on your body and how they can improve your practice.

120 minutes of yoga practice, teas and cakes.

Come join us for this "Ease into winter" workshop with Kim Peak, our resident Ayurveda Health Counsellor & Yoga teacher.

Kim will share some amazing Ayurveda wisdom to help ease your transition into the colder months.

We will discuss;
✨️What is Ayurveda?

✨️How to tune into nature's cycles.

✨️How to discover and eat better for your body type.

✨️How to live well through your circadian rhythms.

We will finish with a restorative yoga practice that will leave you feeling so de-stressed and super relaxed. So relaxed you could wear your p.j.'s 😉

And of course, we will have some yummy snacks and delicious tea from The Lichfield Tea Company.

It’s my first evening covering for Iain today, as he and Leigh start their exciting travels.

What would you Yogis like to do? At 6.15pm. We could hit the ground running with an Ashtanga class, or this week I’ve been teaching a Hip and Shoulder focussed flow.

Any preferences?

We’ll follow it up with an hour yummy Yin and Nidra sesh from 7.30pm.
