Jetts Ultimate 5-a-side Series - Week 1
To celebrate the World Cup, we are having some in-club challenges.
The goal: to build a Dream Team of sensational players!
A top player needs explosive acceleration, sprint speed, and the ability to perform high-intensity bursts again and again.
This week's challenge:
As many calories as you can in 30 secs – rest 1 min (repeat 3 times)
