☀️ Important Hot Weather Update ☀️

We are open today as normal. However, it is a must that all gymnasts bring a water bottle with them to every session to help them stay hydrated throughout the lesson.

Please also ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the warm weather. A short-sleeved leotard, or a t-shirt and shorts, will be absolutely fine.

To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, our lessons will be adapted. Gymnasts will have regular water breaks throughout their session and will be circulated around different areas of the gym, including cooler spaces where possible.

As temperatures are expected to increase over the next few days, we will continue to monitor conditions within the gym and keep all members informed should we need to make any changes.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Stay safe, keep hydrated, and we look forward to seeing you all in the gym!

✨Meet the team✨

Name: Mo

Role at JFG: level 1 coach

Favourite Gymnast? The man himself

What inspired you to become a coach? What inspired me to become a coach is the joy of seeing those lightbulb moments when gymnasts overcome their fears, build confidence, and achieve things they never thought was possible. Watching their growth and knowing I’ve played a small part in their journey is incredibly rewarding.

What do you like to do outside of coaching? Enjoy my Sports, cars, food & family

How did you get started in gymnastics? My sister took me to my first gymnastics session, and from that first experience I really enjoyed it.

What’s your favourite skill to support? Flick

If you could tell a gymnast any bit of advice what would it be? Believe in yourself, be patient, celebrate small achievements, don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone and try something new.
