Following the success of my Thursday class, I am now planning to start a new class on a Tuesday evening at a different hall in Lichfield (please contact me to find out the location and time).

My classes are the perfect opportunity for your child to exercise, grow in confidence and form new friendships in a happy and inclusive environment all whilst imagining they are part of One Direction, Aladdin or The Greatest Showman... and many many more!

Hi everyone!!! I’m Laura, the creator of and teacher at FAME Dance Academy 💃🕺🏼

I’m very excited to bring my unique children’s dance classes to Lichfield which simply focus on the fun aspects of dance and music - where there is no pressure to complete grades and exams, wear a specific uniform or practice in silence etc... My main aim is to ensure that each child leaves with a smile on their face and an eagerness to keep coming back ☺️

I started dancing at the age of 6 and it’s been a lifelong passion ever since! I’ve trained in ballet, tap, jazz and Ballroom and Latin, taking countless exams and achieving Honours/Distinction on almost all occasions. In addition, I have a lot of performance experience: pantomimes, competitions, showcases... I also had the pleasure of being a teaching assistant at my local dance school for 2 years which is when I realised that being a dance teacher was what I wanted to do as a career. I am now over the moon to be doing my dream job and passing on my knowledge of and love for dance to children.
