Strong Moms is more than just a workout.

☀️ Summer Challenge Incoming ☀️

Over the next 6 weeks, we’re helping our members tighten things up a little.

This isn’t a crash diet. It isn’t hours of cardio. And it definitely isn’t about making life miserable.

It’s simply an opportunity to create a bit more structure, improve accountability, and focus on the habits that move the needle.

We’ll be tracking things like steps, calories, protein, training consistency, and weekly check-ins to help members build momentum heading into summer.

For some, it will be about losing a bit of body fat. For others, it will be about getting back on track after a busy few months. And for many, it will simply be a chance to build better habits and feel more confident in themselves.

Small changes. Consistent actions. Better results.

Beacon Park Run ✅

With the gym closed for the refurb, we swapped barbells for trainers this morning and got the community together for a run around Beacon Park.

The weather wasn’t exactly on our side, but that didn’t stop the turnout. Great effort from everyone who came down, plenty of laughs, and as always, the vibes were high from start to finish.

Finished off the morning the right way with a coffee at Melbourne ☕️
