CLIENT ACHIEVEMENT 🥳

Massive well done to Cat on hitting her goal of running a 5k.

Cat started with me last year after having a C Section and baby number 3.

She wanted to build her fitness back up and we set a goal of running a 5k in the beginning half of 2023.

Initially, the goal was simply to complete the total distance.

But as today approached and with training going well, we decided to try and aim for sub 30 minutes.

Cat absolutely SMASHED it today. She ran confidently throughout, paced herself well and pushed herself even harder.

The official time will be confirmed later today but I had it as pretty much bang on 27 minutes.

An absolute pleasure to run my first ever Park Run with her and a big well done once again Cat 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
