Thanks to everyone who supported Fox Lane’s 2026 Presidents Day

Celebrating our Retiring Lady President Mrs Mary Rosbottom and welcoming our new President for 2026/2027 Mr Les Beardsworth,

Congratulations go to and now a 3 time winner, John McDonald who narrowly beat another previous winner and this years runner up Tracy Charlesworth 21-20, in what was a great Final,

Well done to both John Robinson and sadly Dave C🙁 having played well all day but losing in the semis,

Congratulations to Elaine Killeen who again in a great final, narrowly beat Mark Dalton 15-14 in the new Fox Lane Consolation cup,

Hope you all enjoyed your day, apologies the day overran and finished a little later than anticipated,

Massive thanks to everyone who helped out before and during the day, it can’t be done without you,

Thanks to Fox Lane Sports & Social & Bar 1880 for their hospitality and generosity, 😋

Morning everyone ☀️

Just for information,

North Lancs & Fylde Ladies County have booked Green 1 for Saturday the 25th, they are running a Ladies pairs Comp,

Tracy, Jo and Barbara are on duty and in the centre spine doing Teas/Coffees and cakey’s if anyone wants to pop down and watch,

Green 2 will be prepped and is available all weekend for practice and social bowling, Green 1 will be available Sunday onwards, have a great weekend 😃
