It is with a heavy heart that we inform you all of the passing of our dear friend, Barry.
Barry was a huge part of our family. We feel blessed to have so many fond memories of him and always enjoyed our chats about everything from training to everyday life and family. It’s a hard realization to know we won't see him in the gym, but we know his spirit will always be with us. Barry, thank you for the many years of friendship and guidance.
To Barry's family, we send our sincere condolences.
Barry's funeral will be on 11th August. If any members would like further details, please contact us.

Today, we have officially been open for 13 years!
Opening the gym doors for the first time, waiting for the first people to walk in was a huge pressure! 13 years on we are still here!
We want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for making SAS what it is!
Whether you're an original member, a returning member or a new one we thank you all!
Being a small independent business is not easy but you all make it possible!

Morning everyone, hope you all are getting to enjoy this beautiful sunshine!
Just a quick note that the gym has accumulated a lot of lost property from t-shirts, hoodies, jackets and headphones.
Electronic goods are kept in the office and clothing is stored next to the showers....please check nothing is belonging to you when training, most have been in the gym for months please claim by the end of next week
