My goal at the moment is to eat well, increase my protein intake and consume more fruit/veggies 🍝

A few things to note about me:
• I have the tastebuds of a 6 year old (I’ll only eat bland food)

• I hate the typical “health” foods (chicken and rice, salad, etc)

• I am miserable if I go a day without chocolate (balance over restriction)

• I rarely drink water by itself, it has to be flavoured

• I cannot drink coffee or tea, so my only way to get caffeine to survive motherhood is a can of Pepsi Max (might be the placebo effect but it works)

Friday’s workout featured a special little guest (who hated being put down with the toys 🙈)

Teething baby + Mummy who wants to exercise = Full session in the carrier

1. Barbell Squats - 8-12 reps - 3 sets
2. Shoulder Press - 8-12 reps - 3 sets
3. Cable Rows - 8-12 reps - 3 sets
4. Reverse Lunges - 8 per leg - 3 sets
5. Incline Chest Press - 8-12 reps - 3 sets

Ad-gifted | I was lucky enough to be sent a sports bra and leggings to try from a brand called and I really really like them!

So far, I’ve worn them to work a couple of times, to the gym and for a run and they’re really comfy ☺️
