And that’s the National Festival over and done with for another year! ❤️

We came, we played, we partied… and somehow we survived! 😂🍻

Had an absolutely brilliant time playing rugby alongside some amazing women, but for us the best part of weekends like this is everything that comes with it. Different clubs, different shirts, different teams on the pitch… then all coming together afterwards as one big Women’s Masters family. ❤️

The laughs, the friendships, the support, the chaos and getting to mix with women from teams all over is what makes this community so special. What we’ve built within Women’s Masters is bloody beautiful and it just keeps getting better. 🥹

We definitely missed a few of our favourite faces this weekend, but we’ll soon be reunited for the BIG Women’s Mash Up! 🙌

Women’s Masters… more than just rugby. One big, slightly unhinged, absolutely gorgeous family. ❤️

Don’t forget to check your breasts ladies 💞💞💞💞

🌸 IT'S THE 1ST OF THE MONTH – TIME TO CHECK! 🌸

A new month is the perfect reminder to take a few minutes to get to know what is normal for you. 💗

✋ TOUCH

Feel your breasts and chest, including up to your collarbone and under your arms. Can you feel anything new or unusual, such as a lump or swelling?

👀 LOOK

Look for anything that appears different, including changes in size or shape, skin dimpling or redness, ni**le changes, or unusual discharge.

✔️ CHECK

If you notice any new or unusual changes, contact your GP practice and get them checked.

The NHS recommends checking your breasts or chest regularly, around once a month, so you can become familiar with what is normal for you. Anyone can get breast cancer, so men should check their chest too.
