Our classes are open to everyone over the age of 6 and your first session is free, so there's no excuse: come and try it! Due to the heat, training in t-shirts will be fine (club t-shirts if possible). Please still wear gi pants and belt, and remember to bring plenty of water!

Something to think about for any student that’s unable to train for whatever reason! The Japanese say MITORI GEIKO which means learning while watching! So even if you can’t get involved you can still learn by attending the dojo! - Sensei Dave
