A short turnaround sees us head to Westhoughton Lions on Friday evening. Always an entertaining game with two teams who like to chuck the egg around.

Kick off at Westhoughton will be 19:30.

Not many teams would travel 420 miles round trip with 6 players. But today, Cardiff Rugby League Masters did. And we have nothing but absolutely respect for that.

We had the fortunate position to be able to make sure that both teams had 13 players.

A brilliant game, and exactly why we play masters.

With 21 players being available, its always a task picking a starting 13. So, this week we have had the help of USA Ladies Soccer coach, Emma Hayes. Who has helped us pick the team.

Kick off 1pm, Saturday, Moss Side Way.

York v Wigan will be shown live in Bar93 afterwards.
