Rob and Paul have been honoured with a Civic Award from Lewes Town Council for their amazing work running the club.

We are so pleased to announce this year's Civic Award winners! Congratulations to:
πWendy Baker who was nominated for her brilliant work at Landport Community Hub, running a wide range of sessions at the Hub, including the Play Scheme, multiple dance classes, and a craft and cooking club for home-educated children
πShelia O'Sullivan who has shown long-standing dedication to promoting active travel in and around Lewes and has been a driving force behind Cycle Lewes
πElijah Dyer who was nominated for his remarkable dedication, leadership and service to the local foodbank and the wider community
πJenny Pigott who has volunteered at Lewes House of Friendship since 2009, working tirelessly across many aspects of the charity's day-to-day running
πRob Hoy and Paul Oglesby have led St Michael's Table Tennis Club since its founding in 1991 and have created an inclusive, welcoming club where children, families, beginners and experienced players can all take part
πAngela Brinkhurst was awarded a Civic Award post posthumously as she made an enormous contribution to Lewes through her involvement in Lewes Athletics Club, Cliffe Bonfire Society, the Sussex Heart Charity, Wallands and Chailey schools, the Downs Syndrome Association, St Maryβs Sports, and many other local organisations.
