I hope you’ve had a good start to the year, the fog of mince pies is behind you and hopefully you’ve got a bit more headspace to focus on your wellbeing.

Here is a full list of classes that I teach. If you are looking to join a class I’d love to hear from you. I run in person classes and a number of my classes also stream online.

6pm Mixed Level Pilates
7.05pm Intermediate - Advanced Mat/Barre Fusion

Thursday
12.30pm Mixed Level Pilates
WI Hall, Seaford - also available online

5.30pm Mixed Level Pilates
6.45pm Intermediate Level Pilates *

Friday
9.30am Mixed Level Pilates HolyCross Priory in Cross in Hand
This class has a waiting list in person but is also available online.

Prices range from £10-£14 for a group class depending on location.

I am a Pilates instructor and I also train people to be instructors. I have a background as a Sports therapist working with lots of different injuries and medical conditions. I am also trained in Pre and Post natal Pilates.

If you are looking to feel better in your body, improve your strength, mobility and flexibility, then this class is for you 😁
