I have been teaching Pilates in Lewes since 2018, working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Pilates is a low-impact, low-intensity exercise that can make you stronger, more flexible and improve your posture and balance. My Pilates journey began when I discovered that I have scoliosis, a curvature of the spine. Pilates was more than just exercise; it relieve

d my constant back pain, transformed my posture and provided a regular space to focus and relax. Helping others overcome injury, back pain or reach their fitness goals through Pilates is incredibly rewarding. I teach group classes and private sessions in Lewes and Laughton. 11:00 - Gentle Pilates
12:30 - Pilates for Improvers/Intermediates

1:1’s and private sessions are available by appointment

It's been a while since I updated my page and I have lots to tell! Pilates classes have moved from The Lewes New School to three new wonderful spaces.

I have my studio back at The Lewes Physiotherapy Clinic working alongside Nicola Brenchley. I will be here every Tuesday offering Pilates 1:1's and duo sessions. Private sessions are ideal if you have suffered from an injury or pain and you are aiming to rebuild strength and confidence with safe and effective Pilates practice.

Mondays have moved to the newly refurbished Malling Community centre, where we have plenty of space and ventilation.

Wednesday classes have moved to the bright and airy balcony room at Southdown Sports Club, with a brilliant cafe and views across the downs you can't fail to feel uplifted by a visit.
