Sara Warner Counselling and Therapy in Lewes Your well-being is my priority. I am an experienced BACP registered Lewes counsellor offering short and long term counselling to adults.

All enquiries are confidential. I am a warm, sensitive, and experienced BACP registered counsellor with a private practice in Lewes. I see adults (18 plus) in relation to a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, work issues, addiction, and major life events such as divorce, illness, and bereavement. I believe that everyone has the capacity to change and to make the most of their life whatever has happened in the past. I bring a wide experience of life to my counselling practice as well as a commitment to do the best work I can with my clients. I have specialist training in working with boarding school recovery.

Sharing this conversation I had with my fantastic colleague Karen Macmillan Counselling on Piers Cross Evolving Man Podcast (highly recommended) last week, about our work with women ex boarders and the specialist training we offer to therapists. A lot of what we talked about was specific to boarding school experiences and we also covered aspects of being a woman and man in a patriarchal society which is relevant to everyone.
