We’re looking for Fitness Instructors to join the Wave Active team and support our local community to stay active and well.

⭐ Permanent roles available at:

📍 Peacehaven Leisure Centre
• 18.25 hours per week

📍 Downs Leisure Centre, Seaford
• 27 hours per week

You’ll be supporting members on the gym floor, offering guidance and encouragement, and being part of a friendly, supportive team that puts wellbeing first.

New Class!
I’m delighted to announce that I’ll be trialling the new Les Mills format Body Pump Heavy at Lewes Leisure Centre from January 10th for a limited 8-week run.

Come and try this challenging new spin on the classic Pump. Shorter sets, longer rests, challenging weights, all set to a fantastic selection of tracks. Whether you’ve not tried Body Pump before or are a seasoned Pump addict, come and give it a go. Improved strength, bigger weights, come sweat it out!

Classes are at 11am every Saturday and can be booked now on the Wave Active website
