Since moving our fitness classes to Western Road Primary, we’ve loved meeting and welcoming new locals at our classes!

We love to see our community continue to grow 💖

Our classes are £7.50 per session and are run every Tuesday and Wednesday evening, and every Sunday morning.

WE’VE GOT SOMETHING TO TELL YOU 🤭✨

((B)) Lewes is moving !! 🤩

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes since the start of the year to find the perfect new venue… and it’s finally official!

As of Tuesday 12 May, our new home will be Western Road Primary School on Southover High St ✨

The hall is spacious, there’s free parking on site, and the team at the school are excited to welcome in our ((B)) community.

We’re also thrilled to announce that Wednesdays are BACK on the schedule!!

This next chapter is all about creating more moments of joy in our community, welcoming new faces, and bringing even more energy to Lewes 💖 Whether you’ve bounced with us before or have been thinking about trying your first class, now is the perfect time to join us.

Come and celebrate with us at our relaunch party next Tuesday.

Overload of happy hormones !!!

The endorphins from the workout. The dopamine from the self-care and little wins. The serotonin from the Vitamin D and nature walk. And even some good old oxytocin with thanks to sweet puppy Flossie who joined us for some of the walk 🐶

The cup is FULL to the brim after this morning’s class and stroll across Lewes 🫶🏼
