An Update 💛🖤
This is a post I never imagined I'd have to write
After a huge amount of thought, I've made the incredibly difficult decision to take a six-month break from Momentum Coaching...
As many of you know, I started an amazing new role back in March, and I genuinely love what I do
Alongside that, my health hasn't always been as reliable as I'd like, and I've realised I can't give both my role and my business the time, energy and commitment they deserve
Anyone who knows me knows that I give everything to the people I support. If I can't give something 100%, then it doesn't sit right with me. You all deserve my very best, and right now I know I can't offer that
I understand this may be a disappointment (im

Please know this decision has not come lightly. I've gone back and forth over it many times, but I truly believe it's the right thing to do
If you have any paid sessions that you haven't yet used, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can get them booked in over the coming weeks. I want to make sure everyone receives the sessions they've paid for before I take this break
I don't expect anyone to put their health and fitness goals on hold for six months. If you'd like to continue your journey, I'm more than happy to recommend some fantastic gyms and personal trainers that I trust, so your progress doesn't have to stop 💪
To everyone who has supported Momentum Coaching since it began in November, thank you
Every client, every share, every recommendation and every kind word has meant more than you'll ever know. The support you've shown a brand-new business has been incredible, and I'll always be grateful 😍🤩
This isn't necessarily goodbye forever. In six months, I'll take some time to reflect and decide what the future looks like
For now, my focus needs to be on my health, my family, and a career that I feel incredibly privileged to have.
