Exercise isn’t just about keeping fit.
It’s been my therapy during stressful times.
My escape when life felt overwhelming.
A place to process grief.
A way to clear my mind when everything felt heavy.
Some workouts have built strength.
Others have simply helped me get through the day.
Exercise hasn’t taken away life’s challenges,
but it has helped me cope with them.
It reminds me to keep moving forward,
one step, one workout, one day at a time.
That’s why I exercise.
Not just for my body,
but for my mind too.
