Client spotlight - the lovely Sue π«
we have been working together since the beginning of the year and Sueβs strength has come on amazingly.
Sueβs goal was to gain full body strength. Building up her upper body strength after breaking her wrist, and developing lower body strength as she enjoys walking and is off to do a challenging route π₯Ύwhich will require a lot of hours on her feet and carrying a bag π
We have worked on strength work so she can tackle the multi terrain adding a lot of balance and core work including multi directional movements to support her.
Sue is very focused in her sessions and always gives it everything πͺ she is now feeling stronger and more confident in her movements. Super proud of her progress π although Sue keeps herself fit and active, strength training was new to her. Itβs never too late to start, strength training is for everyone π
