Next week is our last full week before the Christmas holidays! PLAN AHEAD AND GET YOUR CLASSES BOOKED 💪🏼

Over Christmas we will have a limited timetable running - this is the only time of the year all 5 of us all have time off our work and the gym as well.

Our 6am class is the only class thats completely off the timetable for the next 2 weeks- however open gym is available for EVERYONE so if this time is the only time that suits you, you'll still be able to go.

See you all next week starting tomorrow at 6am for a nice partner workout 💪🏼
