If you’re confident around children and families, safety-focused, and love creating a friendly and welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you! 🙌
🛟 What you’ll be doing:
* 👀 Keeping a watchful eye over swimmers and putting safety first
* 🚨 Responding quickly and confidently to incidents
* 🏊 Setting up and packing away pool equipment
* 🧽 Helping keep changing rooms clean and tidy after sessions
* 🤝 Working with parents and staff
* 💡 Sharing ideas to help make our pool even better
* 📋 Following safeguarding procedures, NOP and EAP
🎓 What you’ll need:
* A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), NRASTC or equivalent
* 🌊 The ability to supervise a pool up to 3.5m deep is preferred
