Myth 1: No Pain, No Gain

Debunked: While some discomfort can be expected, especially when trying new exercises or Increasing intensity, pain is a signal from your body that something might be wrong. Consistent pain can lead to injury, so it's important to distinguish between discomfort and actual pain. Listening to your body and allowing adequate rest and recovery is essential for safe and effective training.

Myth 2: Spot Reduction Works

Debunked: Spot reduction, or the idea that you can lose fat in a specific area by targeting it with exercises, is a myth. Fat loss occurs systemically, meaning your body decides where to lose fat based on genetics and other factors. To reduce fat in a particular area, you need to focus on overall body fat reduction through a combination of diet, cardiovascular exercise, and strength training.

Myth 3: Weights Make Women Bulky

Debunked: Women typically have lower levels of testosterone compared to men, making it much harder to gain large amounts of muscle mass. Strength training is essential for women to build lean muscle, improve metabolism, and enhance overall body composition without necessarily becoming bulky.

Just want to thank a few people who made this experience so incredible!😀

Firstly all those that came to support or even donated, you were a great crowd and you really helped me push!❤️

Secondly the whole team at & it was an amazing event and a great show! Thank you also to the trainers who put us through hell for 8 weeks and my corner team!🙏🏼

Also my opponent! We put on a great fight and show for the crowd!✌🏼

Lastly the charities & we managed to raise £440 between the two amazing causes!🎗️
