Thank you to everyone who supported the Duck n Dash yesterday, so that’s all those who took part, all those who came along to cheer on their friends and family, and of course the 50odd volunteers who give up their morning and without whom this super event couldn’t happen. ❤️

There are only a few days left to leave a message for a competitor to have our race day commentators read it out as they cross the start or finish line! Fill out this form with a good luck message, a shout-out for a charity or cause, a birthday message or anything else to give your athletes a lift!

We're really looking forward to next weekend. Adding extra atmosphere to the day, we'll have commentators at the start and the finish of the race and we would love to give you a shout out, especially if you have a special message or are racing for a cause.
