THANK YOU!

I am SO grateful to all the people I’ve met so far on my fitness journey.
From simply being another kid in the gym, to teaching classes, and 1:1 coaching. I’ve met so many amazing individuals, and worked with some awesome groups.

I get to do a job I love, and helping people to improve every day, for their fitness goals and life-long health targets.

Thank you to all those who have made, and continue to make this, a career that gives so much.

Celebrate what your body does for you.
Not what it doesn’t.
Take time to appreciate how far you’ve come.
Not how far you have to go.

If you don’t take time to take stock of your progress, the road to your ‘final goal’ can seem neverending.
Not to mention, life’s boring otherwise 😂

You may still have work to do, but don’t forget to cheer the you that got this far, and how awesome you already are!

Show Them The Way.

Your kids watch your every move.
They mimic your actions and love nothing more than to copy what you do.
So show them a life being active!
That doesn’t mean you have to be ahead of every sport known to man, or sign them up to every class on offer.
Just be as active, mobile and considerate of your food and drink as you can be.

They’re the future, so let’s show them how good it can be 💪🏼

The Important Of Balance.

I run to improve my muscular endurance and to give my brain a reset.
I lift weights to build a stronger body, so I can lift heavier weights and run better.

Cardio and strength both have their place and purpose.
Enter the era of the all-singing, all-dancing ‘Hybrid Athlete’.

We all go through it.
For some, it’s the self-doubt that stops you from starting in the first place.
It can be crippling.

But those negative voices are not your representatives.
They don’t speak for the real you.
The hiding you.
The same you that walks with genuine confidence, owns those clothes you want to fit into and has the summer photos looking like your true 10 self.

So perhaps, for once, flip the script and bet on yourself.

When The Day Has Been A Year.

Hard to sum it up in 12 snapshots.
I have LOVED seeing all the progress.
Professionally, seeing my clients achieving goals and moving on to their next.
And personally, achieving some big goals, competing in some fantastic events that have meant so much to me, and making memories and friendships that are what make it all worth it.
