🐾 WE NEED YOU! 🐾

We’re on the lookout for a few volunteers to help support the running of our junior club!

We’re looking for people who can come along and be present at our Tuesday junior sessions at 6pm helping out, getting involved and supporting our young players.

This could be a great opportunity for:

🤍 Parents who want to get involved
🖤 Students looking for work experience
🤍 Budding coaches wanting to gain experience
🖤 Anyone who simply wants to support their local club

Interested in coaching? Even better! We can offer mentoring and support to those who are keen to develop their coaching skills.

A DBS check will be required, but don’t worry, the club will cover the cost.

Whether you’re an experienced coach or completely new to it, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT. A. START. 🖤🤍👏

What a way to open the season🔥

It may not have been a win, but make no mistake, this is a HUGE result!

Against an ever-strong Nemesis, the Lionesses produced the best result this team has ever recorded against them.... By a significant margin!👏🏼

A performance full of fight, determination and belief from start to finish💪🏼
Moments of absolute beautiful netball with the team really linking well and pulling out some amazing turnovers.
We need to work on capitalising on those gains, but an excellent start! 🙌

🏆 OPPOSITIONS PLAYER — CHARLOTTE
A brilliant performance across C and WD. Interceptions everywhere, a fantastic link through the attacking play and brilliant communication and motivation for the team on court. Thoroughly deserved🔥

🏆 COACHES' PLAYER — LUCY
Strong, relentless and an absolute nightmare for the opposition in the defensive end! 💪🏼 Non-stop movement, fantastic communication and a brilliant partnership with GD. And when we needed an option in attack, Lucy was there with great support and reset options.

The countdown continues, and it’s time to introduce another member of the team who’ll be helping our players learn, grow and unleash their roar this season! 🦁🏐

Meg is a much-valued member of our coaching team and a fantastic role model for our junior players. She coaches our Cubs and Bobcats, helping players develop their skills, confidence and understanding of the game

Having started playing netball herself in Year 3, Meg brings years of experience, knowledge and passion to her coaching — inspiring the next generation of Luctonians players along the way ❤️

A huge thank you to the team at Westside for inviting coach Lexi along to yesterday's session with Collette! 🙌🤩 Absolutely loved the opportunity! Lots learnt and some new things to try with our teams this season 💪

It was also a wonderful opportunity to mix with some of our other local coaches in the county to share knowledge and ideas 💭

Coach Lexi is representing Luctonians at the England Men’s & Mixed Nationals this weekend 🏐👀

Watching. Learning. Researching. And, of course…... supporting our two most local mixed clubs -

Worcester Royals and Kraken 🙌

🚨 NEW FOR 2026/27 🚨

🦁 UNLEASH YOUR ROAR 🐾

Something BIG is coming to our junior section…

We’re incredibly excited to introduce our brand-new Junior Development Programme, designed to help our players develop their skills, build confidence and celebrate their progress every step of the way 🏐✨

Across the programme, players will work on key areas of their game, from passing and receiving; footwork and movement; shooting and defending, through to game understanding, teamwork and sporting conduct

But this isn’t just about learning skills…

It’s about seeing progress, celebrating achievements and building confidence along the way 🙌

And we wanted our players (and parents!) to be able to see that journey too

Players will work towards four stages and certificates:

🌸 FIRST ROAR
🥉 RISING ROAR
🥈 MIGHTY ROAR
🏆 CHAMPION ROAR

Each certificate represents another step in their development, giving our juniors something to work towards and something to be incredibly proud of when they achieve it 🥹🦁

Because every player has a roar waiting to be unleashed 💥

We can’t wait to watch our junior Pride learn, grow and achieve! 🐾 🖤❤️
