Massive well done to Stefan and Ellis on their stellar performance at Adrenaline Fight Night event in Port Talbot last night.

Stefan had faced always dangerous opponent from renowned KGB gym who from the beginning of the bout put relentless pressure on him but Stefan managed to utilise great defence tactic and working on angles and countering with his own well placed knees and lowkicks to secure TKO stoppage at the end of round 2.

It was a Muay Thai debut for Ellis against much taller opponent. We have had very little info about him coming into this fight so the fight camp was mostly based on guesswork. Knowing that clinch and knees exchanges could be dangerous Ellis had utilised his footwork and punching power and secured knockout in round one. Anyone who spars Ellis knows his explosive power and that is a force to be reckoned with.

But it’s not all about performing: long hours at the gym, countless rounds of padwork, drills and strength and conditioning work that it’s done behind close door of the gym - all the stuff people can’t see was leading to this.
Work hard, fight hard, enjoy the process.
Couldn’t ask for more from this boys. Once again congratulations and see you on the mats tomorrow 🥊💪

Also big thank you to the promoter James for putting on quality show yet again and everyone who bought tickets and came to support boys as well as helped with the fight camp preparation. Now onto the next one!
