COMPLETELY FREE Gym Insight Session 💪

We’re excited to host this all beginners introduction session!!
To help you get started in the gym and remove the feeling of nerves. This is your chance to walk in with confidence, with a friend if it helps. The more support, the better.

The session is completely free of charge and runs from 10:00–12:00 on Sunday 4th January.

A local PT, Coach Colebatch, will be leading the session and guiding you through everything you need to feel comfortable in the gym environment.
