So my Hubbie has finally signed his new contract and we are off to Shanghai Feb 1.
I will definitely be practising my Tai Chi, continuing with my Pilates training and learning Bridge!

Hi everyone.
So my pause from teaching is growing ever longer as I continue to struggle with Long Covid.

Additionally we may be on the move again so just waiting for the powers that be to finalise arrangements for us. Who knows where I will be messaging from by Christmas.

Hello everyone!

Just keeping you posted on my Long Covid journey!
I am well and rested after a couple of fab holidays and will be restarting some adhoc classes this Spring!

I do miss you, but am really busy getting Pilates Reformer studio ready ( after lots of winter wind damage) and I have a ski holsto prepare for too this weekend!

So it’s almost midnight on Saturday 8th Jan, and I have been told to self isolate.

I have ordered a PCR test as I have Covid symptoms.

I need to cancel classes this week 10-15 Jan.

I will personally email or message current clients tomorrow -
