Leominster’s first day out! 🏆

Our kit may not have arrived yet but the stickers are on the bowls and a Leominster side has picked up their first trophy of the season!

Congratulations to Leominster club members Bryan Watkins, Shirley Cox and John Mills who finished as runners up in the Avon Open Fours Competition at Bristol IBC.

A great performance and undoubtedly just the start of what’s to come!👏

One of the most exciting parts of starting a new club is creating a club identity from scratch! 🟡🔴

While we eagerly await the delivery of our club shirts, our first crucial piece of kit has arrived… the stickers! 💪

It’s only the beginning and we can’t wait to share the rest of our club kit and identity as we build up to the new season!

Leominster Short Mat Bowling Club are pleased to be launching our page! 🎉

What a five months it has been since we started the club back in March!

We are proud to now be affiliated with the Herefordshire Short Mat Bowling Association and from October will be taking part in their Winter League, alongside their wide range of other individual and team based competitions.

Our social roll-up sessions take place every Wednesday from 6:30–8:30pm at Bridge Street Sports Centre, Leominster, and new members are always welcome.

We have a wonderful range of ages and abilities within the club, making it a friendly and welcoming place for anyone looking to give short mat bowls a try - whether you're completely new to the sport or an experienced outdoor/indoor player, wanting a bit of social fun or looking to take part in the competitive side of the game!
