I had the utter joy of seeing and meeting people I’ve spent time online with over the last few years ♥️ As well as seeing some great talks ✨

But being amongst so many people from such varied backgrounds and business - from people only thinking about leaving their full time job to begin, to established entrepreneurs who have exited several business and made big 💰- I felt some uncertainty and self-doubt 😕

I know if I put trust in myself and leave some space for it all to settle there will be some gems to pick up and get moving with 💎

Hellooo 👋 How are you doing as we shimmy towards the Autumn shift?

I wanted to re intro myself as it always feels like a nice time, but also cos I’ll be at Ideas Fest this week and wanted to find out who I’ll see in the field?

I am Tommy 👋 I am a coach who helps you when you are ready to feel steady and confident in your identity - particularly when you want to share your voice, your work, and take action on the things that feel most important to you!

My favourite way to work is using creative tools, voice work, nature walk n talks, and art 🎶 🌈

I am also a songwriter and singer and nothing feels better than being in collaboration with someone else ✨

I deeply know about coaching on confidence, values, expression, authenticity, and making change 🙌🏻

Trust Your Voice is a one-day retreat designed to help you quiet the noise, reconnect with yourself and hear what your own voice has to say.

This day is about discovering your voice as a powerful guide.

Through singing in community, walking in nature and creative vision work, you’ll have space to move out of your head and back into your body.

I attended an evening The Croft Farm Escape and loved everything about the energy there.

Owned by a family who have renovated the farm over the last 20 years, there is a warm welcoming energy, home growing, inspiring spaces, and it’s nestled amongst the beauty of nature 🌱
