Hi guy I hope everyone is safe an well during this crazy time 👊

I will be back doing Thai Boxing lessons up to 4 people at a time using social distancing an following all government guidelines, making sure all the equipment is sanitised ready for use.

Lessons will be held out outside in the park or in your garden an will be £30 per session or deals to be done on block bookings.

I have a few free spaces for one 2 one training in Muay Thai, Boxing or MMA. Every Sunday!!!

I am offering 5 × One 2 One sessions for £150

That's £30 a session to learn effective martial arts that can work in the ring as well as on the street while you get fit in the process!

These are the slots I have available..

10 am till 11am

11.15 am till 12.15

12.30 pm till 13.30 pm

I am only looking for dedicated people that will turn up every week no excuses.

Hi Everyone...

I say this with a heavy heart but tomorrow is going to be the last Thai Boxing Class... I've put a lot of thought into this over the last few weeks an I have decided that I will no longer be running the Thai Boxing Class. I am not getting the numbers I want and now that I am fit and healthy I want to fully focus on myself and my own training while I am still young and able to do what I love!

Thank you to everyone that came through the door and help me with this, I appreciate it very much 🙏
