Linslade Taekwon-Do UKTKD A Taekwon-do club for everyone, from beginner to the more experienced students. Children and adults The only person you have to beat is yourself.

Peoples belief that you have to be very flexible , start when you are young and be able to kick high is a myth. If as a student you wish to get fitter and learn a little self defense then this is the place to be, however the more you put in the more you will get out of it.
