In just under a month—starting Monday, August 10th we are officially bringing Ishin Ryu Ju Jitsu to Tring, with a focus on practical youth self-defense and character building.

Our classes go way beyond just physical techniques. We teach children how to carry themselves with confidence, handle difficult situations, and stay safe.
