💪 HARD WORK PAYING OFF 💪

Nothing beats seeing hard work pay off. This week, three of our Small Group PT members smashed new personal bests:

🔸 Greg – RDL 130kg

🔸 Garry – Deadlift 110kg

🔸 David – RDL 85kg

These results don’t happen by accident.

By consistently turning up week after week, following the program, trusting the process, they are seeing the rewards of their effort.

🔥 DEKA SIM COMPLETE 🔥

Today a few of our legends, alongside Coach Michelle, took on a full DEKA SIM in preparation for next week’s DEKA Mile race! 💪

The challenge? Run 160m before tackling a station... and repeat that 10 times! 🏃‍♂️🔥

With the heat and humidity turned right up today, it definitely wasn’t easy, but every single legend stuck to the plan, pushed through, and got the job done. There was plenty of sweat involved too 🥵😂

They now head into race week feeling:

🔸 Prepared

🔸 Confident

🔸 Familiar with the challenge ahead

🔸 Ready to give it their all

The goal isn’t just to perform well, it is to enjoy the experience, embrace the challenge, and celebrate everything they have worked towards. 🙌

We are incredibly proud of the effort shown today and can’t wait to see our legends take on the DEKA Mile next Sunday.

🏆 Hunt Fitness Games 2026 🏆

On Saturday, we held our annual Hunt Fitness Games, and what a day it was! 💥

Our competitors took on four challenging rounds:
🔥 MetCon
💪 Strength
🏃 Conditioning
🎾 Mystery Round which involved catching Coach Peter’s balls... and provided plenty of laughs! 🤣🤣

Everyone brought their A-game, pushed themselves, and fully embraced the spirit of the event.

A huge congratulations to Steve and Marie, who were crowned our Hunt Fitness Games 2026 Champions! 🏆👏

A fantastic effort also from Laura and Simon, who secured an impressive second place. 🥈

While there were winners on the day, the real goal was bringing our community together, creating plenty of smiles, laughter, and memories along the way ❤️

Well done to every single legend who took part 🙌

A big thank you as well to all of our coaches for helping make the event such a success.

And a special shoutout to Claire and Vanessa for volunteering their time to run the front desk, manage registrations, and hand out T-shirts and scorecards. Your help was invaluable! 🌟

What an incredible day. We can’t wait to do it all again next year! 🔥

🥾 Ridgeway Walk Part 3 – Chinnor to Watlington & Back 🐶

What a fantastic turnout for Stage 3 of our Ridgeway Walk adventure, with plenty of people (and dogs! 😊🐶) joining us for another great day on the trails.

We definitely got lucky with the weather, managing to dodge the rain 🌧️ that’s been hanging around over the last few days.

Starting in Chinnor, we made our way to Watlington, with a very important stop at The Spire & Spoke for some delicious wood-fired pizzas 🍕 and cake 🍰 before heading back.

In total, we covered just over 22km. An incredible effort from everyone involved! 🙌 As always, the miles flew by thanks to the great conversations, laughs, and company along the way.

A huge thank you to all the legends who came along, and a special shout-out to Alison, Rachel, and Rebecca for helping keep us organised throughout the day ❤️
