Lockdown 2... No gyms...
Agree or disagree it's HAPPENED
But did you know statistically it's around 1 in 7 people have a gym membership?
If you NEED a gym, then the issue isn't the closure, the issue is your addiction/obsession, I feel for and please address this.
Want is different to need.
Remember your body is so capable of more than you know, personally I've spent my entire life changing it up. Football, triathlon, OCR, Bodybuilding, powerlifting, weightlifting, CrossFit, snowboarding, skateboarding, hiking, swimming.
Hell somebody sign me up for Strictly and I'll try dancing too?!
There are so many bigger issues in the world right now than getting a bro pump in the gym, use this time to better yourself mentally and physically!
Let's stop complaining, pick up a book, pick up the phone and ask someone if they are okay or pick up a yoga mat and improve your wellness with mobility/flexibility!
And if you don't wanna "train" then don't! There is nothing wrong with being a gamer, doing jigsaw puzzles or reading novels!
If we all put all our eggs on one basket it would just be one giant ommlette.
