A cracking day at yesterday for the ATW Events Triathlon series which we use as a part of our . The team have been training hard for their β€œA” race in 2 weeks time, so this event was great prep! A variety of events for the team this weekend. We had Anna at the taking on the Long course and Kevine and Claire take on the Short course, all in the stunning location of the . Congratulations to Dan who took on the Two Tunnels Half Marathon in at the weekend. The event takes in the beautiful countryside and historical views of Bath and part of the course runs through… yes you guessed it πŸ€” . If a certain 🍺 company πŸ‡©πŸ‡° did weekends away, they still wouldn’t beat this! This weekend we went to for annual . A huge thanks to , her helpers and our coaches for making it a magical weekend of fun, laughter and of course training. The weekend started on Friday with a Swim then a relaxing evening around the camp fire. Saturday started with a run at , some chose to add bonus miles by running there and back. Saturday afternoon was swimming, cycling and group . Sunday was with most completing a steady 100km ride with a coffee stop at the wonderful ( we’ll be back) β˜•οΈ 🍰 . A cracking weekend with team mates and friends.

Where to start with this weeks round up? Let’s go to 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 and the amazing Chris, another ultra (that Chris described as a β€œlittle one”) down on the stunning Pembrokeshire costal path. At the other end of the country in 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 took on the on the hunt for on 2 wheels. More stunning scenery, if a little chilly. And of course we finish our roundup at the where we saw world records tumble and mere mortals putting in super human efforts. Club Captain πŸ‘¨β€βœˆοΈ smashed out a cracking time and again qualified for next year’s championship event. added another #26.2Miles to the 100 Club and a huge shoutout to Dan for running, hobbling and limping over the finish line following a series of untimely niggles. across the UK πŸ’šπŸ–€πŸ’šπŸ–€

Marathon season is here and we’ve had runners at Milton Keynes at the with some impressive PB’s thrown in for good measure. Down in Brighton we had Team - smashing out 10ks in super windy conditions πŸ’¨ πŸƒπŸ½β€β™‚οΈ πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ . On the East Coast we had and Jamie take on an equally windy . Reports suggest it was a run of two halves ! Easy out and windy back… not the way you want it πŸ™„.
