Dirt Running organise the popular Dirt Half Challenge, which takes place on the second Saturday of November. The race starts in Leighton Buzzard and follows the canal towpath north to Stoke Hammond with stunning views, climbs through beautiful countryside to Great Brickhill then passes through the scenic Stockgrove Country Park before following the Greensand Ridge back to the start via the canal towpath. This popular trail race which sells out every year.

You’ll weave through the serene Tiddenfoot Waterside Park, push your limits along the iconic Grand Union Canal towpath, and conquer the rugged, rolling beauty of the Greensand Ridge. Whether you're chasing a PB or soaking in the autumn views, this course offers a unique adventure for every skill level over either 13.1 miles or 13.1 kms.
