Jaguars match report:

Another great win for jags tonight in Mk. Probably one of and will be our toughest game of season but we held our own each quarter. 9 players = lots of changes… thankfully we are a versatile team. Players player was Hannah and opponents player was Darcy.👏

Vipers match report:

Good game against a tough team today. They won 43-56 but loved that we didn’t give up and we kept positive. POM Beth and OPOM Lara but also special shout out to for playing completely out of position and doing a great job 👏

LB Vipers match report:

Well done guys, 65-9 👏 They may have only had 6 but we still fought for the score. Great shooting and defence today despite the weather. Well played everyone.

LB Bombers Match Report:

Well played to Bombers today, a solid performance across the court against a strong team. They made us work for it and we really challenged them with some excellent defence.👏

🏐THIS WEEKS MATCH🏐

LB Harriers Match Report:

Harriers do it again…
This time it was a divisional game (meaning each quarter starts 0-0). We came up against premier division team A-Line, so we knew we’d be in for a close match. The game started goal for goal however Harriers found our rhythm and took the win in the first 3 quarters. Positional changes in the last quarter meant A-Line just took 1/4.

Final result 3-1 win to Harriers
47-40 win if it were a “normal” game.

A brilliant defence performance which meant Ellie was voted player of the match!

Harriers remain undefeated🙌

🏐THIS WEEKS MATCH RESULTS🏐

LB Jaguars Match Report:

Another great win for jags in Mk tonight. We welcomed Nicky back to court after a long standing injury which was great. Great shooting, defending and general play throughout court. Both our player and oppositions player went to Darcy who played a blinder at GD👏👏👏

LB Vipers Match Report:

41-42 Sooooo close 😬 We were a bit disjointed and messy at times, probably not helped by me being late so apologies again 😥 BUT we all tried hard and didn’t give up and were well on the way to taking it back! Another 20secs would have drawn and another minute we would have won, it was our centre.... shame they passed around wasting time 😫 Well Played Everyone👏🏻

LB Bombers Match Report:

A tough score to see today for bombers. I’ve said it before but the score really doesn’t reflect the gameplay on court and how much we’ve come together as a team, it worked really well moving the ball down court but their defence was impenetrable sadly. A huge thanks to Karla for stepping in to shoot and to Kelsey for the constant movement and seeing out space.
Thanks also to Marcia for guesting.
OPOTM was Chloe who made some excellent interceptions and POTM was split between Kelsey/ Chloe/ Karla and Bethany.
Well played everyone, we did really well as a team and kept Angels under 50 👏🏻

LB Harriers Match Report:

Harriers played the next Cup round this morning and came up against Celtic Cyclones. Both teams went into versatility in the second half to mix things up! Harriers set ourselves a target of 80 goals and smashed it- Through to the cup semifinals in May!
POM went to Elena who had a great game in defence, centre and shooting!! 🩵

Jaguars Match Report:
Another great start to the second half of the season in Mk. Great game for everyone. Players player laura and opposition player Sophia👏👏👏

Vipers Match Report:
🥳 26-66 what a game and we all played so well through the whole court! Wouldn’t say the game was as easy as score suggests, we just fought hard for every ball. Well done everyone, hope nobody feels to battered tomorrow. Amazing team effort but POM split Lillie, for some fantastic shooting, Beth for great C performance and Milly for brilliant defending 👏

Bombers Match Report:
A solid performance for LB bombers today against MK thunder (despite the score). Excellent defence, with lots of great interceptions and support in working the ball down the court and a tough time at the attacking end against a solid (and tall) Thunder defence.
As a team, we’re really coming together and building confidence match on match and it’s great to see what we’re doing at training being put into practice. Well done all round.
POTM went to Megan and OPOTM was Chloe 👏🏻

Harriers Match Report:
Harriers had our second Divisional game this morning against prem team- Black Pearls.

Going into the game we knew it could be a tough battle but we continued to play our own game and showed great team effort! Patience feeding into shooters around circle edge. Calm and composed down court and consistent tips and turnovers in defence.

Final result Harriers won 3/4 quarters taking the overall win (51-43 in a “normal” game) and keeping that clean sweep of wins! 🙌

POM was shared between Beth and Sammy.

Club Social to the Netball Super League Final. Fantastic game between London Pulse and Loughborough Lightning. After an outstanding season Pulse we’re certainly worthy winners!

Our well established, friendly club, offers competitive and social playing opportunities for women and girls from 14-80 years old!

Participation in multiple leagues adds variety to LBNC's season schedule and allows us as a club to cater to a diverse range of abilities and experience levels, from newcomers to seasoned players, ensuring that each member can find a place to grow and compete in our sport.

It has also enabled LBNC members the ability to fit playing netball into their busy schedules by providing match playing opportunities throughout the week.
