New instructor warming up pre class 😀

Looking at front and side chokes from the Krav Maga curriculum tonight with a focus on striking with intent and power. Some of the drill skills faded in favour of the power hit but the principles remained.
1. Release the choke
2. Strike with closest weapon to closest target. Hit hard and with intent
3. Make sure the drill ends with man down and you on your feet
Good job tonight from the students
