Today, carrying on from last week, we used some of our homemade rose water to make a seasonal elderflower and rose drizzle loaf and it was delicious! It was even GF. At ROEC we have definitely been making the most of turning our foraged plants into delectable dishes this year. Keep tuned for more seasonal makes and bakes

Last week we made rose water with our foraged organic dog rose petals and distilled them in our camp kitchen to make rose water that we can use for cooking and as a calming facial spray.

Our alternative provision students get hands on experience in a range of activities from farm to forest school and all activities in between. Working in 1:1 or small groups the sessions are catered for the individual student’s needs.
