Dynamic Reformer launches this Monday in our brand new studio.

Dynamic Reformer is a faster form of reformer that blends intensity with flowing movements and increased resistance to build strength and endurance.

It is a low-impact workout that is gentle on the joints, while the resistance of the reformer helps build muscular strength and endurance, all while challenging balance and coordination.

Reformer classes are inclusive with our Club Premium Membership.
