On the People Who Come Into Our Lives

Some appear only for a moment.
Like the wind brushing the leaves, leaving a trace.
You don’t see it at once,
but you feel it inside.
Some teach us courage.
One gesture, one glance –
and suddenly you know you can move forward.
Others teach loyalty.
They show that staying with someone
is possible, even when the world drifts away.
And then there are those who hurt.
Their departure leaves silence and pain in the heart.
But the wound hardens the heart.
It reminds us to care for ourselves.
To love wisely.
Every encounter is a lesson.
We do not always understand it immediately.
Sometimes only years later do we see
how one word, one smile, one farewell changed us.
Life is a journey.
Every person you meet is a teacher.
Some give joy.
Others – pain.
Everything is a gift.
Everything teaches us to see more deeply, listen more carefully, love more bravely.
Move forward.
With gratitude for what was.
With the strength that lessons and wounds provide.
With an open heart, ready for the next encounter.
Every person who comes,
carrying a piece of truth about you,

✨🙏 Grateful for the Journey 🙏✨

It’s been over 13 years since I first stepped onto the yoga mat, and more than 4 years since I began teaching yoga classes. 🌿🧘‍♀️
Yoga has been so much more than just a practice for me—it’s been a way of life. Through challenges, growth, stillness, and flow, it has taught me resilience, balance, and the beauty of living in the present moment.
Teaching has been one of the greatest gifts—sharing the practice, holding space for others, and witnessing the transformations that unfold in body, mind, and spirit. 💫
Forever a student, always learning, always grateful. 🌸
Here’s to many more years of practice, teaching, and connection through yoga.

🌿 Mantra for Courage:
"I carry courage quietly — in every breath I take, and every step I still choose to make."
Even on days when you feel broken, choosing to keep going is an act of courage.

🌞 Daily Courage Practice (Small Steps)
🧘 1. Grounding Breath (2 minutes)

Sit still, feet on the floor.
Inhale slowly: “I breathe in strength.”
Exhale slowly: “I release fear.”
Repeat for 5–6 breaths.
📖 2. Write a Brave Truth (2 minutes)

In a journal or phone note, write:
“Today, I had courage when I...”
(Even if it’s just got out of bed, spoke kindly to myself, or made a hard choice.)
🙏 3. Mantra Whispering (anytime)

Say silently or softly:
“I am safe. I am strong. I am becoming.”
Repeat when anxiety or doubt rises.
🌅 4. One Brave Act a Day

Choose one small thing outside your comfort zone:
Ask for help
Say what you really feel
Say no without guilt
Walk alone with your own peace
