I’m Paul Shaw and I pride myself on getting you long term sustainable results with your health and fitness goals

Over the last few years I’ve helped over 1000 people transform their life’s and become the best version of themselves

I see myself as realistic by helping you get the results you want without the worry of you ever going back to square one

I’m also a Dad of 2 amazing kids who are super active and definitely keeps me on my toes

I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2010 where I started out as a Gym and Class Instructor at my local leisure centre. Which led me to working in a commercial gym in my first self employed role as a Personal Trainer

After 3 years here I then owed a Private Personal Training Studio which I had for just over 8 years until I made the switch
to purely working online

My number one goal on here is to produce free daily content to give you value and most importantly clarity

As there’s a loads of misleading information out there on social media

🚨 Diets are dead. 🚨

Well... they should be.

Because if diets actually worked, you wouldn’t have needed to start a new one every January.

Think about it.

You’ve cut carbs.

You’ve skipped meals.

You’ve lived off shakes.

You’ve survived on chicken, rice, and sadness.

And yet here you are.

Not because you failed.

Because diets were never designed to teach you how to live in the real world.

The real world has pizza nights.

Birthdays.

Takeaways.

Holidays.

Stressful days where a salad sounds about as exciting as watching paint dry.

The goal isn’t to eat perfectly.

The goal is to lose weight while still being able to enjoy your life.

That’s why I teach people how to eat the foods they love, build habits that actually stick, and lose weight without turning their life upside down.

No food is off limits.

No detox teas.

No “cheat days.”

No starting again on Monday.

Just a simple plan you can follow for the rest of your life.

Because the best diet isn’t the one that gets you results in 30 days.

It’s the one you can still follow 30 years from now.
