Join the Leigh Run Talk Run group💚
Whilst participants chat to one another, they run, walk, or jog 5km.

Run Talk Run exists to make both running and mental health support less intimidating and more accessible. A friendly, free and supportive group, providing an open space to talk how you are doing: the good times, the not so good times and everything in between. Or if you simply want to listen, that's fine too!

Starting at Leigh Leisure Centre - Thursdays at 6:15pm.

Join us at Leigh Sports Village for our first Live World Cup Evening as England take on Croatia in their opening group stage match on Wednesday 17th June, the perfect way to soak up the atmosphere with fellow fans.

Enjoy a delicious pie with peas, chips and gravy, plus a pint of your choice for just £12 per person. With a live DJ and exclusive drinks discounts, we’ll keep the energy high all night.

🚨 REMINDER – ROAD CLOSURES TOMORROW (Sunday 7th June)! 🚨

Just a quick reminder that the Ironman Bolton is taking place tomorrow, and Atherleigh Way near Leigh Leisure Centre will be affected 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️

🕕 Roads will start closing from around 6:00am, with disruption throughout the morning.

⚠️ Please remember: this is completely out of our control, but we want to make sure you’re prepared!
✅ Plan your route
✅ Allow extra time
✅ Expect delays in and around Leigh

We’ll still be here as normal 💙 — just bear with us if it’s a little trickier to get to us than usual!
