Classes for Competitive Boxers and those who simply want to improve fitness levels
All Equipment Provided. Gloves, Pads, 21 x Bags, 2 x Boxing Rings, Treadmill, Rowers, Spinning bikes, Cross Trainer. Male & Female Experienced & Qualified ABA Coaches (first aid & CRB checked)
All Classes £3.50 per session

All three GB Boxers competing at this year’s Silesian secured victories on the third day of action, with Charley and Ella T picking up their second wins of the week.

Elsewhere, Ella L scored a win in what was her GB Boxing debut, having joined the programme earlier this month.
