Brownes Boot Camp Kids Bring your child to BBC Kids and they will get fit, healthy & disciplined. Taking part in team games, circuits, team building and most importantly having fun.

They will be taught technique, drills, muscles groups, the body and why its important to get fit What is Kids Boot Camp? At Brownes Boot Camp we have now put together a programme for children aging (6-18 years old) We offer the service during the school holidays. Before, during and after school clubs also weekends. What will we offer the kids? There will be a mixture of training exercises which wi

ll include: press ups, circuit based training, tyres, team games, fun games, boxing training, body weight exercise, stretching techniques, brain training (to keep them focused), tug of war competitions and running races. They will come out of the class feeling as though they have worked hard and feel disciplined. We will teach them the basics of fitness and how to get into shape and maintain it at a young age. We also do Kids indoor and outdoor parties involving assault courses, boot camp and competitions. We like to make there experience more fun/memorable by painting there faces in camouflage colors, dressing them up into army clothes or a chosen character theme if required. At Little Havens, we’re lucky to know lots of incredible brothers and sisters who play an important role in supporting their siblings as young carers. 💙

In the school holidays, we held a camping trip for our amazing siblings. Everyone had lots of fun playing rounders in the sun, got to take part in a bootcamp with Brownes Boot Camp Kids and had a movie night watching Moana 2.

They cooked all themselves and enjoyed homemade pasta with pesto and s'mores for dessert!

A massive thank you to Belchamps Scout Activity Centre and Guideacres for letting us borrow the equipment we needed to make this camping trip so memorable.
