Marshes Mashup is not your typical mud run or ordinary road race.
It's so much more than that, it's a innovative course set to test your all round strength. This is a timed and an individual event.

Price 💷: £25.00 entry fee which £5.00 of each entry goes towards our chosen charity which is the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance

Today is Marshes Mashup on Belton Way in Leigh On Sea. This is the start and finish line. 09:30am is Registration for 10:00am start (Sharp). Please go onto our website to fill out the application pack which is on the top right hand corner and post to me or hand to me at training. This is open to the public so please share and tell all your friends and family. It's £25 to enter which £5 goes to the Essex Air Ambulance. Hope to see you all there! BBC Team
