Step In with Double Punch 👊👊

This drill develops more than just speed, it teaches timing, coordination, balance, and the ability to close distance while maintaining structure.

The step in generates forward pressure, while the double punch trains continuous attack and body unity. Rather than relying on strength, Wing Chun focuses on efficient movement, alignment, and delivering power through good mechanics.

Here, one of our teenage students is developing these fundamental skills through repetition and focused practice. Every great martial artist starts by building strong foundations, one drill at a time.

We must all suffer one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret.
Wing Chun is a teacher of discipline in its purest form. The repetition of basic drills, stance, centerline, form, may seem simple, even monotonous.

But mastery lies in repetition with awareness. In doing the small things well, over and over, until they become part of who you are.
